Why GREENLINK was built.

"Volatility is not new. Poor preparation is."

Kiro built GREENLINK because the gaps in traditional lending were costing brokers and their clients real opportunities. This is his account of why.

Our Products

Five products.
One discipline.

Parameters are stated, not whispered. Risk assessed sensibly and structured cleanly. The BDM, credit and term sheet all say the same thing.

Residential & Short-Term
I

Prime

Residential, the way it should run.
Residential
Completed residential property where the credit case stands up on its own. Clear parameters, sensible leverage, transparent pricing. Built for the deals that deserve a straight answer — not a re-engineering.
Best FitStrong fundamentals  ·  Time-sensitive close
II

Prime Elite & Prime Max

Higher value. Same discipline.
Larger Residential
For larger residential transactions. Bigger ticket, deeper review, senior credit in the conversation from the first call. The size of the deal does not loosen the structure.
Best FitHigh-value residential  ·  Senior conversation required
III

Velocity

Capital, without the wait.
Short-Term
For time-sensitive opportunities and bridging where the exit is named on day one. We move quickly because the process is designed to — not because something got skipped.
Best FitDefined exit  ·  Clear timeline  ·  Capital that needs to land cleanly
Commercial & Deliberate
IV

Core & Enterprise

Commercial, without the complexity theatre.
Commercial
Retail, industrial and selected specialised assets. Credit parameters that are stated, not whispered. Risk assessed sensibly, structured cleanly. The BDM, credit and term sheet all say the same thing.
Best FitRetail  ·  Industrial  ·  Specialised assets with a clear story
V

Balance

Second position, used deliberately.
Second Mortgages
A targeted instrument, not a default. Used where a second position genuinely fits the structure and the exit is visible from the start. Full transparency on costs, risks and outcomes before the deal opens.
Best FitSpecific structural situations  ·  Defined exit  ·  Full visibility
Why GREENLINK

Five reasons the right brokers
choose GREENLINK.

01

We say yes when others say no.

Complex income, non-standard security, tight timelines — these are our speciality, not our exceptions.

02

Direct access to the decision-makers.

You speak to the people who approve the deal. No call centres. No desk-level answers on a principal credit.

03

A real answer the same day.

We can help, or we cannot. We tell you inside the day. Either way, you protect your client relationship.

04

Referral arrangements structured fairly.

Your work creates value. We structure referral arrangements to reflect that — transparently.

05

A long-term capital partner.

The relationship is the asset, not the deal. A trusted broker brings the next ten. We know this. We act accordingly.

Leadership

The people behind your deal.

Kiro has held executive responsibility for strategy, capital structuring, lending operations and institutional investor relationships across Australia and the APAC region. Under his leadership, one platform achieved significant growth, increasing annual revenue from approximately $128,000 to $18 million within three years.

In addition to financial services, Kiro has led APAC commercial operations in enterprise technology, closing large-scale contracts across digital governance, cybersecurity and technology-enabled platforms. This cross-sector experience underpins his ability to manage complex counterparties and align capital, operations and execution.

Kiro is recognised for his disciplined approach to credit and governance, strong commercial judgement and ability to translate complex structures into clear, executable strategies. At Greenlink Capital, he leads with a focus on accountability, conservative structuring and certainty of execution.
