Your clients have lending needs the banks will not touch. We assess them honestly. We answer the same day. Bring us the hard scenario.
Product suite, deal criteria, how we work. Everything a next-generation broker needs to refer with confidence.
"Volatility is not new. Poor preparation is."
Kiro built GREENLINK because the gaps in traditional lending were costing brokers and their clients real opportunities. This is his account of why.
Kiro Georgy · Founder · GREENLINK CapitalParameters are stated, not whispered. Risk assessed sensibly and structured cleanly. The BDM, credit and term sheet all say the same thing.
Complex income, non-standard security, tight timelines — these are our speciality, not our exceptions.
You speak to the people who approve the deal. No call centres. No desk-level answers on a principal credit.
We can help, or we cannot. We tell you inside the day. Either way, you protect your client relationship.
Your work creates value. We structure referral arrangements to reflect that — transparently.
The relationship is the asset, not the deal. A trusted broker brings the next ten. We know this. We act accordingly.
